The company behind Duelbits: Liquid Entertainment N.V. in Curaçao
Duelbits' front-page footer, captured on 26 August 2026, names Liquid Entertainment N.V., company number 153298, as the company behind duelbits.com. Here is who owns Duelbits as far as its own pages and the licence registers go, and what none of them says.
Company number 153298 is where every answer to this question starts. Duelbits' front-page footer, captured on 26 August 2026, calls duelbits.com a brand name of Liquid Entertainment N.V., registered under that number in Curaçao, and the Curaçao certificate portal returned the same company and number for the domain on the same day. Below: the company, its Cyprus subsidiary, the licence, a second domain, the sponsorships and the open questions. We have not deposited at Duelbits or opened an account there.
The company in the footer
The footer we captured says four things about who stands behind the site:
- duelbits.com is a brand name of Liquid Entertainment N.V., Reg No 153298;
- the company's registered address is Zuikertuintjeweg z/n (Zuikertuin Tower), Willemstad, Curaçao;
- it is licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Government of Curaçao;
- play is for over-18s only.
The register agrees. Searched by domain on 26 August 2026, the Curaçao certificate portal said duelbits.com is operated by Liquid Entertainment N.V., Company Number 153298. The site's structured data, as archived on 3 June 2026, gives the same legal name and address. One detail trips people up: 153298 is the company's registration number. The licence has a number of its own, covered below.
Older footers, in Duelbits' interface files of 2022 and 2023, gave “7 Abraham de Veerstraat, Curacao” as the registered address.
The Cyprus subsidiary
The same footer names a second company: Herpestidae Services Limited, Reg No HE 410029, registered at 1 Avlonos, Maria House, Nicosia 1075, Cyprus. The footer describes it as a wholly owned subsidiary of Liquid Entertainment N.V. that provides management, payment and support services related to the operation of the website.
So two companies appear, with two roles. The Curaçao company owns the brand and holds the licence; its Cyprus subsidiary provides services to it.
The licence, then and now
Duelbits' own description of its licence has changed over time, and the register entry is newer than the oldest wording we hold.

Read side by side, the two ends of that table show a change of regime. The January 2024 wording places Duelbits under a master licence of Gaming Services Provider; the 2026 certificate names Liquid Entertainment N.V. itself as the licensee, under the 2024 ordinance, with a grant date of 1 November 2024. The site's structured data still cited an older-style number, 365/JAZ, in June 2026; the register's OGL number is the current one. The certificate is quoted in full on is Duelbits legit.
A second domain: duelbits.io
The Anjouan register has no entry for duelbits.com. It does list a second domain. Read on 11 September 2026, it shows Elevated Entertainment Ltd holding licence ALSI-112310013-FI5 for duelbits.io, a B2C licence issued on 13 October 2023, status valid, expiring on 12 October 2026. A maintenance page served on duelbits.com, as archived on 3 June 2026, says the same in its own words: “duelbits.io is operated by Elevated Entertainment Ltd (Reg. No. 16101)”, with a registered office in Mutsamuda on the Autonomous Island of Anjouan.
The sources do not say how Elevated Entertainment Ltd is related to Liquid Entertainment N.V., so we draw no link between them. For duelbits.com, the licence is the Curaçao one above.
Sponsorships, as Duelbits describes them
Duelbits' blog, as archived on 3 June 2026, describes three ties in its own words. It calls Duelbits “the official title sponsor of Team Liquid's Counter-Strike 2 roster and Chess”; it announces a partnership with Birmingham City FC as the club's “Official Asian Betting Partner”, in a post dated 12 December 2025; and it names Salomon Kalou as a Duelbits ambassador, in a post dated 8 December 2025. The blog gives no terms or fees for any of them.
The front page we captured has a Sponsorships entry in its sidebar, and the site kept a page per name, listed below as the address gives it. A page name shows only that Duelbits had a page by that name on that date; what the pages said, and the terms of any deal, are outside our sources.

The section predates these addresses. Pages at /sponsorships/avfc and /sponsorships/luis-suarez, without the /en/ prefix, were archived on 3 February 2023 and 24 January 2024.
The affiliate programme and the trade floor
Duelbits runs an affiliate programme. Its help centre carried an article titled Affiliates Explained, archived on 14 August 2025, and its site had a page of affiliate programme terms, archived on 15 August 2025. In a blog post dated 14 January 2026, Duelbits announced a stand, 81-M40, at ICE Barcelona 2026, “to discuss partnerships, affiliates, and the future of crypto gaming”. We publish no referral links or codes for Duelbits or for any other casino.
What we could not establish
- The people behind it. The footer and the registers name companies. The Duelbits documents we read name no shareholder, director or founder of Liquid Entertainment N.V., so we name nobody.
- Revenue and size. No Duelbits document we read gives revenue, profit or player numbers, and we reprint none from other sites.
- The earlier licence. Whether 365/JAZ is the master licence the January 2024 article meant, and the date the 2024 licence replaced it.
- duelbits.io. How its Anjouan licensee, Elevated Entertainment Ltd, is connected to Liquid Entertainment N.V.
- The company's history. When Liquid Entertainment N.V. was set up, when it moved its registered address, and whether it runs other brands. Duelbits' site had an about page, archived on 27 December 2020, whose content is outside our sources.

A company name and an Active status tell you who answers to the regulator. How an account is treated is a different question, and for that we have two tests with our own money.
