Where Duelbits is available: its own rules, the US and region blocks
Duelbits sets two conditions in its help centre: you must be at least 18, or your country's minimum gambling age, and able to play lawfully where you are. Its restricted-country list sits in terms we could not read, so we set out what is on record, the US position and what a block means.
Duelbits answers the country question in two sentences. Its help centre, as archived on 15 May 2025, says you must be “at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required to gamble in your nation”, and able to play “lawfully under the laws that apply to you”. The list of excluded countries would sit in its Terms of Service, and the archived copies of those terms hold no readable text. This page covers what Duelbits does say, how the United States handles online gambling in general terms, and what a block means.
What Duelbits says about age and countries
Three statements, all from Duelbits' help centre as archived on 15 May 2025:
- Age. At least 18, or the minimum age required to gamble in your country.
- Local law. You must be able to play lawfully under the laws that apply to you. The article adds: “See the Terms Of Service for further information.”
- Games by country. “The games that are available to you may vary depending on the country that you are accessing our services from.” The explanation: “Some game providers restrict certain regions from accessing their games.”
The front-page footer, captured 26 August 2026, repeats the age line: “18+ to play, gamble responsibly.” The sign-up text in the site's interface, as archived on 18 April 2022, had players attest that they were at least 18 and had read the Terms of Service.
The third point matters in practice. At Duelbits, a single game can be missing while the rest of the site works, and the cause lies with the game studio's own rules on regions rather than with your connection or your account.
The restricted list we could not read
Duelbits' help-centre footer links its Terms at duelbits.com/tos, as archived on 14 August 2025 and 13 October 2025, and the eligibility article points there as well. That is where an operator normally prints its excluded countries. The archived copies of the terms page hold only the site's app shell, so we have no Duelbits list to quote, and we will not guess one from other sites.
Read the live terms before you register. If Duelbits prints a list, it will be there, together with any clause on what happens to a balance used from an excluded country.
The United States
Four points hold for any offshore casino, Duelbits included:
- There is no federal licence for online casino games in the United States. Gambling is licensed state by state.
- No state licence covers an offshore operator. The Duelbits licence, OGL/2024/1507/0838, comes from Curaçao, where the register showed it Active on 26 August 2026.
- The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, 31 U.S.C. § 5363, addresses businesses that accept payments.
- The Wire Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1084, addresses the transmission of wagering information by wire.
Duelbits' own pages answer the US question for at least two of its offers. Its Bitcoin Magazine offer page, archived on 25 December 2025, and its BCM welcome offer page, archived on 17 January 2026, both print the line “Not Available to US Residents”. Earlier, the site's interface text, as archived on 18 April 2022, said that US-issued cards, along with Japanese, Russian, Turkish and Brazilian ones, were not supported for card deposits. Neither source is the full restricted list, which sits in the terms we could not read, but both point the same way.
We make no state-by-state claims. The minimum age and the rules on online play are set where you live, so check your own state before opening any offshore account.
A country's absence from one operator's list is no permission either. Shuffle's terms, read 8 September 2026, name the United States in clause 8.3. Cloudbet's terms, read from an archived copy on 26 August 2026, name only Australia and Belgium. Two operators, two different lists; neither one changes the law where you are.
The UK, Canada and Australia
Each of the three has its own gambling regulator. We have no Duelbits document that names any of them, so we cannot say how Duelbits treats players there.
Among the alternatives, Shuffle's clause 8.3 names both Australia and the United Kingdom, and Cloudbet's list names Australia. If you are in one of these countries, read the operator's live terms and your own regulator's guidance before you deposit.
What a block or “region restricted” page means
A block page, or a notice that a game or the whole site is restricted in your region, is a decision. It comes either from the operator, applying its terms or its licence, or from a game provider limiting where its titles run. Duelbits' own wording shows both kinds. In the site's interface text, as archived on 18 April 2022, the country block read “Due to our gambling license, Duelbits does not accept players from your country”, and the single-game version read “This game is not supported in your region”. The help centre, as archived on 14 August 2025, also lists an article titled “Region blocked/restricted. Why's that?”; its body was not archived, so ask Live Support if the message is unclear.
We give no ways around a block, on this page or anywhere else on our site. Operators write consequences into their contracts: Cloudbet's terms, read 27 August 2026, attach consequences for the balance when an account is used from a country its document excludes. The sensible reading of a block is short: that site is closed to you from where you are. Take it as the answer, and look at sites whose terms and whose licence fit your country.
How restricted lists work at the alternatives
Of the 100 operators whose terms we set out to read on 26 August 2026, 38 print a list of excluded countries. The lengths vary enormously.

Reading them closely teaches three things.
Length is not strictness. The longest lists run from 216 to 224 entries, close to the whole ISO country table. A list that long is a country-code reference with most boxes ticked. Winz.io's 92 entries, read on 5 September 2026, include Antarctica, Bouvet Island and nine French overseas territories, yet leave metropolitan France off.
A country missing from a list is not an invitation. If a list was built by ticking a table, an unticked box records no decision. Local law still applies, and so do open-ended clauses: Shuffle's clause 8.3 names 14 places and then adds any location where the service is not permitted under applicable law. It even names Curaçao, the jurisdiction of its own licence.
Card limits are a different list. Duelbits' interface text, as archived on 18 April 2022, said “Japanese, Russian, Turkish, Brazilian, and US cards are currently not supported”, and Jackbit's clause 12 names countries where Visa or Mastercard withdrawals are not supported. Those are card and payment limits, and they say nothing about who may open an account.
