Seven Duelbits questions its documents leave open, and where to check
Duelbits links two legal documents from its help centre, its Terms of Service and its AML policy, and the archived copies of both hold no readable text. That leaves 7 questions open. For each one, here is what Duelbits' other pages do say and where you can check the rest before you deposit.
Duelbits' help centre links exactly two legal documents in its footer: Terms at duelbits.com/tos and AML at duelbits.com/aml, as archived on 14 August 2025 and again on 13 October 2025. Those two documents would settle most money questions. The archived copies hold only the site's app shell; the copy of the terms page from 3 June 2026, for instance, kept the metadata and none of the text. Here are the 7 questions that leaves open, with what Duelbits' other pages do say and where you can check each one.

1. What the Terms of Service and AML policy say
What we found. The two links, present in the help-centre footer on both archive dates. The eligibility article, as archived on 15 May 2025, sends readers to the Terms of Service “for further information”, and the site's interface text from April 2022 named the second document “AML and KYC”.
Where to check. Open both pages on duelbits.com before your first deposit and save a dated copy. In the terms, look for when ID can be requested, withdrawal limits and fees, bonus rules and the excluded countries. In the AML policy, look for source-of-funds wording and the amounts that trigger it.
2. When Duelbits asks for ID, and which documents
What we found. The one verification article with an archived body is about email: a green Verify button on the Verification Page sends a link to your inbox (15 May 2025). The interface text from April 2022 adds that a verified email “is required to access some parts of the website”. Separately, the withdrawals section lists “KYC Guidelines for Submissions”, summarised as the KYC process, submission steps, document requirements and browser compatibility (14 August 2025). The threshold and document list were in its body, which the archive did not keep.
Where to check. That article, and Live Support before you deposit. For a sense of the range, our own tests: Vave, our advertiser, asked for no ID up to 5,000 USDT on 28 August 2026; TrustDice, in May 2026, asked once withdrawals reached about 5,000 USDT in total, through a Veriff link. 3. Withdrawal fees, times and limits
What we found. Headlines and titles. The site's description, as archived on 3 June 2026, advertises “instant withdrawals” without defining a time. As archived on 14 August 2025, the withdrawals section lists “Does Duelbits charge Withdrawal Fees?” (title only), an article on crypto withdrawals that have not arrived, and one on coin mixing as a cause of a withdrawal “still processing after hours”. The interface text from April 2022 had a minimum-withdrawal line and an estimated-fees line, but the values were filled in live and are missing from the archive.
Where to check. Look for a fee line on the withdrawal screen before you confirm, and read the terms for any weekly or monthly ceiling. For a delayed payment, the help centre's first step is your transaction hash, which support will ask for. More on Duelbits deposits and withdrawals.
4. Wagering on promotions
What we found. The promotions article, as archived on 21 January 2025, lists weekly casino and sportsbook promotions on duelbits.com/promotions, Monday VIP perks with extra rakeback, one-click giveaways through Discord, and Ace's Rewards. None of this gives a wagering multiple, a maximum bet or an expiry. Two welcome pages, archived on 23 December 2025 and 3 February 2026, do print terms for their own offers (a free bet at 5x the deposit, and 500 free spins whose winnings carry no wagering); the general promotion terms that would cover everything else were not readable.
Where to check. The terms printed with each promotion. Three numbers decide what a bonus is worth: the wagering multiple, the maximum stake while it is active, and the deadline. If one is missing, ask support before you opt in.
5. Which countries are excluded
What we found. A pointer: the help centre sends eligibility questions to the Terms of Service, the document we could not read. Everything we have on countries sits on one page, where Duelbits is available.
6. Rakeback rates today
What we found. Two things from different years. The interface text archived on 18 April 2022 put instant rakeback at 10% of the house edge on your wagers and daily, weekly and monthly bits at 5% each. The help centre, as archived on 15 May 2025, gives the expiry clocks: daily rakeback at 00:00 UTC each day, weekly bits every Monday, monthly bits on the first of the month. By 14 August 2025 it listed an article headed “New Rakeback System at Duelbits”, with no archived body. The current rates are therefore open, and the 2022 figures may be out of date.

7. Which gift-card sellers Duelbits accepts
What we found. The deposits section, as archived on 14 August 2025, lists “How to redeem your gift card?”; only the title survived. The interface text from April 2022 had a line reading “Buy gift cards via” with the seller filled in live, so the name is missing from the archive, as are card values and any regional limits.
Where to check. That article, before you buy. Buy a card only through a seller Duelbits itself names, and keep the receipt until the balance shows in your account.
What the documents do settle
The gaps are specific, and a good deal is on record. The Curaçao register showed licence OGL/2024/1507/0838 Active for Liquid Entertainment N.V. on 26 August 2026. The help centre, as archived on 24 January 2024, named eight cryptocurrencies and six Originals. The copies archived on 15 May 2025 set out two-factor login with Authy or Google Authenticator, a $100 deposit minimum before you can chat, and a 100-coin deposit minimum before you can tip.
