Rakeback and loyalty
Rakeback casinos: what each crypto casino actually prints about money back
Vave prints a rate you can check: 1 point for every 30 USDT staked on slots, and 200 points for 1 USDT. Most others print a headline percentage and leave out what it is a percentage of. Here is each scheme in the operator's own terms, with the date we read it.
Rakeback is the most common loyalty pitch at crypto casinos, and the headline numbers run from Cloudbet's 10% to Rainbet's “up to 70% back”. Those two figures measure different things, and neither page we read says exactly what. Below, each scheme appears as its operator prints it, dated, with the one question every percentage has to answer.
Rakeback in plain words
Every casino game carries a house edge: the part of each bet the casino expects to keep over time. Rakeback hands a slice of that edge back to you, on every bet, win or lose. Because it is worked out on what you wager, it grows with play. Cashback is a different product: it pays a share of your net losses over a period.
The clearest worked example we hold comes from Stake.us, in a rakeback article dated 17 October 2025 and read on 9 September 2026. Its rate is 3.5% of the house edge. On 10 Stake Cash played at a 1% edge, that returns 0.0035 Stake Cash. The same article notes that most Stake originals carry a very low edge, so rakeback returns less on them than on third-party games.
Rakeback trims the edge; it never flips it. At 3.5% of a 1% edge, the house still expects to keep 0.965% of every bet.
Why a percentage means little on its own
Three questions decide what a rakeback number is worth:
- A percentage of what? The house edge, your stake, your net losses and the casino's revenue are four very different bases.
- On which games? Some schemes count slots only; some count originals at a lower rate or not at all.
- Paid how? Cash, points, a house token, or a balance that must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. Metaspins, for one, requires rewards to be wagered at least once before withdrawal (clause 4.2).
A page that answers all three lets you work out your return before you play. A page that answers none of them is selling a mood.
Vave, our advertiser: a point rate you can work out
Vave's VIP page, captured 24 August 2026, prints both halves of the sum. You earn 1 point for every 30 USDT wagered on slots, with table games and live dealer excluded, and 200 points redeem for 1 USDT. That makes 6,000 USDT of slot play per 1 USDT, or about 0.017% of slot turnover. Levels run from 1 to 11 and above, with printed rewards from 10 free spins and 5 USDT at level 2 up to 500 USDT at level 11. The promotions page, read the same day, adds weekly cashback of up to 7% of net losses from VIP level 1.
Read plainly, the point rate is modest: Stake.us's 3.5% of a 1% edge comes to about twice as much per bet. The weekly cashback carries more weight in a losing week. Either way, you can do the arithmetic before you deposit, which most rakeback offers do not allow. On 28 August 2026 we also deposited, played and withdrew at Vave, and no ID was requested up to 5,000 USDT.
TrustDice: up to 20%, with a token beside it
TrustDice's front page, captured 25 August 2026, advertises rakeback of up to 20%. Its promotions page adds TXT mining and daily dividends for holders of its own token, level-up bonuses in the Loyalty Club, bonuses on its in-house games, a referral commission of up to 50% and weekly wager contests. The Loyalty Club climbs by XP: Shell at 0, Shrimp at 1,000, Crab at 10,000 and Fish at 80,000. Our own account was approaching Crab when its document round began in May 2026.
What the pages leave out is the base of the 20% and the level that earns it. Rewards paid in TXT also move with the token's price.
Rainbet: rakeback every 15 minutes, inside a 70% stack
Rainbet's homepage, captured 2 September 2026, explains its “up to 70% back” as a stack: rakeback claimable every 15 minutes, three daily reloads, daily, weekly, pre-monthly and monthly bonuses, rank-up bonuses and RakeBoosts. The 70% is Rainbet's own figure for all of that together, so it is a ceiling across several products rather than a rakeback rate. Sports bets count three times in its weekly and monthly races. We found no rate for any single part of the stack.
Cloudbet: 10% from day one
Cloudbet's promotions page, captured by 6 September 2026, advertises “10% rakeback from day one” with daily cash drops over the first 30 days, and describes Cloudbet Rewards as having “no rollover requirements”. A separate line, “2.5% lifetime rakeback”, belongs to the referral scheme. The page does not say what the 10% is taken from, so it cannot be set against Vave's rate or Stake.us's.
Stake and Shuffle: rakeback on the ladder, rates on their other sites
We could not read the Stake.com VIP pages, so we hold no Stake.com rate. Stake.us, a separate social casino, publishes 15 ranks from Bronze at 10,000 Stake Cash played to Obsidian at 1 billion, and the 3.5% rate above. Rakeback there is switched on in one of three ways: automatically for accounts that came through a partner streamer or affiliate, on request to support, or by a VIP manager once an account reaches Bronze.
We did not read the shuffle.com VIP page either. The grid on Shuffle.us, its sweepstakes sibling, read 8 September 2026, lists Instant Rakeback at all eight ranks from Bronze to Diamond and calls it a percentage of the rake that depends on VIP level and amount played. No percentage is printed.
The rest of our ten
Thunderpick's clause 6.12 allows exceptions to its €100,000 weekly withdrawal ceiling for higher VIP levels, “if any”, and prints no rakeback figure. Metaspins lists rewards and NFT revenue share among balances to be wagered once (4.2) without a rate. For Bitcasino.io and Wild.io, the documents we read give no loyalty figure.
Duelbits rakeback
Duelbits' public front page on 26 August 2026 put its rewards side first, with VIP Club, Ace's Lounge, Challenges, Leaderboards and My Rewards down the sidebar. Its rates on record are four years old. In its 2022 interface file, archived on 18 April 2022, instant rakeback was 10% “of all your wagered, house edge”, daily, weekly and monthly rakeback 5% each, and sportsbook rewards were “based on a 1% house edge”; unlike most headlines here, those name their base. By 14 August 2025 its help centre listed a New Rakeback System article whose text was not archived, so today's rates may differ, and its free-spins page of 3 February 2026 promises “almost 50% rakeback” with no base. How the bits expire and how the VIP levels work is on Duelbits rakeback and VIP.

Four checks before you chase a rakeback offer
- Find the base: edge, stake or losses.
- Find which games count, and at what rate.
- Find how it is paid, and whether it must be wagered before withdrawal. Wagering rules for bonuses sit on bonus terms compared.
- Weigh it against the rest of the account: the payout rules and the ID checks usually matter more than a fraction of a percent.
