Betting at Duelbits: what its help centre says, and sportsbooks like it
Duelbits' help centre, as archived on 14 August 2025, kept nine sportsbook articles, from single and multi bets to cash-out, postponed games and settlement disputes, and its site description of June 2026 promises odds on 50+ sports. Here is what its own pages show about the Duelbits sportsbook, esports included, and four crypto sportsbooks to set beside it.
Nine articles: that is how many Duelbits' help centre filed under its sportsbook section in the copy archived on 14 August 2025. They cover bet types, cash-out, postponed games, settlement, soccer, tennis and over/under totals. We had the section's list of titles and short descriptions rather than the full articles. Its site description, as archived on 3 June 2026, promises odds on 50+ sports. We have not placed a bet at Duelbits or opened an account there.

Single, multi, totals and cash-out, in plain words
These are the general meanings. Most of the rules Duelbits applies to each are inside the articles, which our copy did not include.
- Single. One selection that wins or loses on its own.
- Multi. Several selections combined into one bet, often called a parlay in the US. The odds multiply, and every leg has to win for the bet to pay. Duelbits' 2022 interface file adds one rule: you “cannot place a multi bet with selections from the same event”. A 2024 message requires at least 2 selections and mentions an acca bonus, without its size.
- Totals. You back the combined score to finish over or under a line the book sets, whichever side wins.
- Cash-out. The book offers to settle your bet before the event ends, for an amount based on how it stands at that moment. Duelbits' listing says the option is offered on “a range of sports and markets” and that Duelbits does not guarantee it at all times. Treat cash-out as a convenience on the day rather than an exit you can count on.

The blog excerpt gives no further 2UP rules, so read its terms before you count on it.
Postponed games and disputed settlements
Three of the nine articles deal with bets that did not settle the way the player expected: a postponed game, a bet still waiting to settle, and a bet settled incorrectly. What Duelbits' guidance says sits in article bodies we did not have.
If you ever need to dispute a settlement, have the bet's reference ready. Duelbits' help centre, as archived on 15 May 2025, says support may ask for your bet ID, which sits under your user name, then Transactions, in the ID column.
For a sense of what settlement rules look like elsewhere, Thunderpick's betting rules, read on 2 September 2026, say published results become final after 48 hours, and that all markets on a match are voided if a team withdraws before it starts. Find lines like those in any sportsbook's rules before you build a big multi.
The Sports tile, sportsbook pages and esports
On the public front page we captured on 26 August 2026, a Sports tile sits beside the Casino tile, so the sportsbook and the casino open from the same account.
Esports has a clear place in Duelbits' own material, even though the nine help articles skip it. The blog, as archived on 3 June 2026, carries a guide that “explains every market on Esports”, match winner, map handicap, series score, tournament outright and live in-play, in a post dated 22 May 2026. The interface file of 18 April 2022 listed Call of Duty, Arena of Valor, King of Glory, Rainbow Six, Rocket League and Starcraft, plus E-Soccer, E-Basketball and E-Ice Hockey, beside about 50 traditional sports. A 2024 message adds that “E-Sports tickets may only contain one bet”. Archived addresses show sportsbook pages for home and live betting (September 2025 and June 2026), CS2, Dota 2 and Mobile Legends, and, recorded in April 2025, cs-go-wingman and player-unknowns-battlegrounds. How Duelbits settles an esports bet when a match is interrupted or a team withdraws is outside what we read.
Keep this apart from the CS:GO item deposits Duelbits' help centre listed for Steam users in January 2024: a way to fund an account, separate from esports betting.
The sportsbook is tied into rewards too. Duelbits' help centre, as archived on 21 January 2025, points players to weekly promotions for both casino and sportsbook, and says VIP players can collect extra rakeback from casino and sportsbook every Monday. In its 2022 interface file, sportsbook rewards were “based on a 1% house edge”; by August 2025 the help centre listed a New Rakeback System article whose text was not archived, so today's basis may differ. A sports welcome offer, on a Duelbits page archived on 23 December 2025, releases a free bet of up to $100 after you wager 5x your deposit at minimum odds of 1.50. Cloudbet gives esports a tab of its own beside Sports and Casino. The pages we read print no maximum stake and no per-market limits, and its ID clause, 18.1.1, names no amount. The two are compared on Duelbits vs Cloudbet.
Stake keeps sportsbook and casino on one wallet, with its own originals on the casino side. Clause 4.8 of its terms makes withdrawals subject to identity checks, so expect to verify before the first cash-out.
Thunderpick is the esports specialist of the four, going by its own home page title. Its terms print a weekly withdrawal ceiling of €100,000 with a €10 minimum per transaction (clause 6.12), and its ID clause, 21.1, names no amount. See Duelbits vs Thunderpick.
