Duelbits vs Shuffle: in-house rows, the SHFL token and the ID rule
Duelbits and Shuffle hold Active Curaçao certificates granted 16 days apart, on 16 October and 1 November 2024, and both open with a row of their own games. Shuffle requires ID before the first withdrawal under clause 5.2 of its terms; Duelbits prints when each kind of rakeback bit expires.
Sixteen days separate the two licences. Shuffle's Curaçao certificate was granted on 16 October 2024 and Duelbits' on 1 November 2024, and both read Active when we searched: Duelbits on 26 August 2026, Shuffle on 8 September 2026. Each puts its own games first, with a sportsbook and a loyalty scheme around them; Shuffle adds a house token, Duelbits a written timetable for its rewards. We have deposited at neither.

Licence
Shuffle. On 8 September 2026 the portal certified that shuffle.com is operated by Natural Nine B.V., company number 160998, under licence OGL/2024/1337/0628, granted 16 October 2024, status Active. Shuffle's own licence page prints the same number, company and company number. One wrinkle: that page and the AML policy call the issuer the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, while the register and Shuffle's terms say Curaçao Gaming Authority. The number is identical throughout, so it reads as a naming slip.
Duelbits. Searched on 26 August 2026: Liquid Entertainment N.V., company number 153298, licence OGL/2024/1507/0838, granted 1 November 2024, Active. The footer names Herpestidae Services Limited of Nicosia, Cyprus (HE 410029), as the wholly owned subsidiary for management, payment and support services. A help article archived 13 October 2025 says Duelbits operates under a valid gaming licence and points readers to the License link at the foot of its terms.
In-house games and the casino
Shuffle's front page, captured by 27 August 2026, opens with Shuffle Games: Dice, Mines, Keno, Limbo, Plinko and Blackjack. Its provider index, read 8 September 2026, links 56 providers, one of them Shuffle's own studio; that counts links, not separate companies. A provably fair page exists for the originals, but it renders only in a browser and we have not read its method.
Duelbits' in-house list, from its help centre as archived on 24 January 2024, runs Crash, Roulette, Dice Duels, Dice, Plinko and Mines, and the front page on 26 August 2026 added Tap Trading, marked NEW. The same article claims over 3,000 games from studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Play'n Go and Relax Gaming. Shuffle prints no game total.
Dice, Mines and Plinko sit on both rows. Shuffle has Keno, Limbo and an in-house Blackjack; Duelbits has Crash, Roulette, Dice Duels and Tap Trading. Neither publishes a house edge per game in what we read. Each Duelbits title is described on Duelbits Originals.
Sportsbook
Shuffle's sportsbook shows up in three places: a Sports tab, a separate page of sports terms and clause 14 of the terms of service. Casino and sports share one balance.
Duelbits' site description, archived 3 June 2026, promises odds on “50+ sports”, and a blog guide dated 22 May 2026 walks through its esports markets: match winner, map handicap, series score, tournament outright and live in-play. Its help centre, archived 14 August 2025, covers singles and multis and a cash-out that is not guaranteed at all times. Only Duelbits' own pages describe esports markets.
Rewards: bits against a token
This is the widest gap. Duelbits' help centre writes amounts in Bits, which its affiliate article (archived 14 August 2025) puts at 1:1 with the US dollar, and Ace's Rewards pays out bits. Its expiry article, archived 15 May 2025, sets a clock for each kind:
- instant bits never expire;
- daily rakeback lapses at 00:00 UTC every day;
- weekly bits lapse at 00:00 UTC on Mondays;
- monthly bits lapse at 00:00 UTC on the first of the month.
On Mondays VIP players can also collect extra rakeback from casino and sportsbook (archived 21 January 2025). In its 2022 interface file, archived 18 April 2022, Duelbits put instant rakeback at 10% of the house edge and the other three at 5%; a New Rakeback System article followed in 2025, and its text was not archived, so those rates may have changed.
Shuffle's loyalty side runs through SHFL, a house token with a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000, plus a lottery, an airdrop and a convert button. A token ties part of what you earn to one company's coin, so its value can fall as easily as rise. We did not read the shuffle.com VIP page.
ID checks and withdrawals
Shuffle, clause 5.2: a government ID check on reaching a threshold Shuffle sets, and “in any event before your first withdrawal”. Accepted documents are a passport, national identity card or driving licence, alongside electronic checks, payment-instrument validation, database checks and selfie verification. Clause 5.4 allows a source-of-funds request, and the AML policy describes a second, risk-based withdrawal threshold without an amount.
On withdrawals Shuffle prints four rules: each deposit is wagered once unless the coins go back to the same wallet on the same network (10.2); the minimum per method is shown in the cashier (10.6); any fee is shown before you confirm (10.7); and a responsible-gambling tool will not be used to delay a legitimate withdrawal (10.10). Crypto processing times and ceilings appear nowhere, and clause 10.12 calls any fiat time indicative only.
Duelbits is harder to pin down. Its help centre recommends email verification first (15 May 2025) and files a “KYC Guidelines for Submissions” article under Withdrawals (14 August 2025) whose text was not captured. A withdrawal-fee question and a Coin Mixing article sit in the same collection without archived answers. The deposit side is clearer: structured data on its site, archived 3 June 2026, lists cards, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Solana, Tether and USD Coin. Neither site has had our money. Our two tests were at Vave, our advertiser, on 28 August 2026, with no ID requested up to 5,000 USDT, and at TrustDice in May 2026.
Bonuses
On the pages we read, Shuffle ran changing promotions rather than a fixed welcome match. Duelbits' help centre, archived 21 January 2025, points to weekly casino and sportsbook promotions, one-click giveaways on Discord and Ace's Rewards, and attaches no wagering, maximum bet or expiry to them. A Duelbits blog post dated 4 May 2026 adds daily and weekly leaderboards with $10,000 and $30,000 in prizes.
Who should pick which
Pick Shuffle if you want Keno, Limbo or an in-house Blackjack, a licence whose number and company match between the register and the operator's own page, and you are content to verify before your first cash-out.
Pick Duelbits if Crash, Roulette, Dice Duels or Tap Trading are your games, you bet on esports, or you would rather collect rewards in dollar-pegged Bits, with the expiry times in writing, than in a token whose price moves.
